   For the past 7 years our family has had the pleasure of helping our customers and fixing the problems that their homes have had. As we continue to repair and update homes, we have found that proper maintenance and care significantly decreases the amount of problems that need to be fixed in a home. With a proactive approach to home maintenance, we are introducing our HomeCheck program.

 

   HomeCheck is designed to help stop problems in your home before they happen as well as detect problems soon after they start, before they get bad.

• Imagine if you have your countertops caulked preventing water from seeping through cracks and damaging your cabinets and walls

• Imagine if you can detect that water is leaking into your walls before you need to replace your entire bathroom

• Imagine if you didn't have to buy and replace your air filter or burnt out light bulbs because someone does it for you

• Imagine if someone would look at the exterior of your home for signs of wood rot before it becomes a huge problem

• Imagine if someone would look for gaps or cracks around your home that pests can enter through

• Imagine if someone would routinely clean your dryer vent and exhaust fans for you

• Imagine if someone would routinely pour vinegar down your a/c condensate drain line to help kill any mold, algae, mildew, bacteria, or fungi and to help prevent it from forming a buildup and causing a clog

 

   These are just a few of the problems that we want to help prevent before they happen or detect soon after they start, before they get bad. Routinely completing these home maintenance tasks can improve the condition and value of your home.

 

   With HomeCheck, we will come to your house every 3 months for about an hour to:

• Check the caulking around tubs, showers, sinks, and countertops

• Check all the water valves and sink drains to make sure they are working properly

• Check light bulbs and replace any that aren't working

• Check and change the air filter

• And much, much more!

 

  In addition to our quarterly Checklist, our 12 month visits are even more extensive, including testing all GFCI outlets, changing smoke detector batteries, and making sure windows open and close properly.

 

   We have spent the past 7 years fixing problems and now it is time for us to help prevent them!
